- Yoghurt – The main ingredient for lassi is plain Yoghurt/curd. You can use store-bought or homemade plain yoghurt or Greek-style yoghurt.
- Milk or water – You can Use milk to adjust the consistency of the lassi as per your preference. The quantity is just approximate and flexible.
- Rose syrup – We use the Rooh Afza brand, which is a popular herbal rose syrup.
- Sugar powder- it’s optional
- Rose Petals, Almonds and Pistachios – I love to garnish the frothy top of rose lassi with beautiful rose petals crushed almonds and pistachios.
