  • 250 ml Milk chilled milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 teaspoon Honey or suger (adjust to taste)
  • 2 Ice cubes optional

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until pureed.
  • Add ice cream or ice cube and blend again on high speed for 30 seconds.
