Ingredients
1.5cupsplain yoghurtchilled
1/4cupRose syrup
1/2cupwater or milk chilled
1tablespoonfresh creamoptional
2tbspSugar powder adjust to taste)(optional
Garnish:
Rose petals fresh or dry
Almond and pistachio slivers
Instructions
Add the yoghurt, rose syrup, water and sugar to the blender or deep bowl.
Blend everything till smooth and till the lassi becomes frothy. You can make the lassi thick or thin by adjusting the amount of water.
Garnish the lassi with a crushed dried rose or fresh Rose petal or slivers of almond or pistachio on top. Serve it, child.
Notes
The recipe can be easily doubled or tripled. Adjust the quantity of sugar as per your personal preferences.You can add ice cream or whipped cream to make this more creamy.Instead of water, you can also add milk or half-half of water and milk.
