mango salad dressing:
This fruity, quick and easy to make, sweet and spicy creamy mango salad dressing is perfect for summer. love the most about this salad dressing is that you can also make it in a blender. This creamy dressing requires few ingredients like fresh mango, honey, garlic, lime juice, chilli pepper, olive oil, salt, pepper and mint. Salt and pepper are essential ingredients to balance the flavour and enhance the natural sweetness of the mango.
This dressing is not too sweet tastes a little tropical and livens up any salad.
This dressing can transform the plain salad into a delicious meal.
I know some of you may not be a big fan of coriander, so for you, I’m giving you change up the coriander for basil or mint because that works just as well. I’ve tried both ways. Because of all the fresh mangoes in the dressing, you don’t need an artificial sweetener. In case the mangoes you get are not as sweet, add a splash of honey or maple syrup which will make things perfect!
