Ingredients

Mango Muskmelon Shake Recipe

This Recipe needs only 5 main ingredients – mango, muskmelon, milk, honey, and nuts.

Ingredients:

  1. Frozen Muskmelon: Fresh ripe frozen Muskmelon cubes.
  2. Frozen Mango: Frozen Mango Cubes are best to make the shake cold and thick. Dice the mango and freeze it the night before.
  3. Milk: I used regular milk, but you can also use dairy-free milk like Cashew milk, almond milk, oat milk, soy or coconut milk etc.
  4. Sweetener: Honey or sugar or sweetened condensed milk as per your choice
  5. Cashews and almonds: They are added to improve the texture and taste. You can even use soaked and peeled almonds.

For Serving (optional):

  • Chopped Mango and Muskmelon.
  • Honey, Almond, cashew and pistachio slivers.

Preparation:

  • Wash and cut the muskmelon into half and discard the seeds, Then peel and chop the melon wedges into 1-inch cubes.
  • Wash and peel the mango and dice it into small pieces.
  • Now refrigerate the mango and melon for a few hours.

Method:

  • Add 1 cup of the frozen melon cubes and 1 cup of frozen mango cubes to a blender along.
  • Now add 1.5 cups of whole milk, 2 tablespoons of sugar or honey, and a few whole cashew nuts and almonds.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Add the remaining chopped melon and mango dice into two serving glasses.
  • Top the glasses with the mango-melon shake.
  • Garnish with honey, almond, cashew, and pistachio slivers. Serve chilled.

Serving Suggestions:

  • A dash of cardamom powder Vanilla extract or nutmeg powder can be used for a nice aroma.

Substitute:

  • Plain curd or coconut milk can be a substitute for Simple milk here.
  • Heavy cream with milk can also replace curd, just like curd.

Materials

  • 1.5 cup Muskmelon chopped Frozen
  • 1.5 cup Mango chopped Frozen
  • 1.5 cups Whole millk chilled
  • 2 tablespoon Raw honey
  • 5-10 Whole Almonds
  • 5-10 Whole cashew nuts
  • 1 teaspoon Almond slivers
  • 1 teaspoon Pistachio slivers

Instructions
