Ingredients
1.5cup Muskmelon chopped Frozen
1.5cupMango chopped Frozen
1.5cupsWhole millkchilled
2tablespoonRaw honey
5-10Whole Almonds
5-10Whole cashew nuts
1 teaspoon Almond slivers
1teaspoon Pistachio slivers
Instructions
Preparation:
Wash and cut the muskmelon into half and discard the seeds, Then peel and chop the melon wedges into 1-inch cubes.
Wash and peel the mango and dice it into small pieces.
Now refrigerate the mango and melon for a few hours.
Method:
Add 1 cup of the frozen melon cubes and 1 cup of frozen mango cubes to a blender.
Add 1.5 cups of whole milk, 2 tablespoons of sugar or honey, and add cashew nuts and almonds and blend until smooth.
Add the remaining chopped melon and mango dice into two serving glasses.
Top the glasses with the mango-melon shake.
Garnish with honey, almond, cashew, and pistachio slivers. Serve chilled.
Notes
You can Top the Shake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a delicious treat.You can also add a few ice cubes while serving.
