I like to use fresh mango and pineapple when they are in season, but you can use frozen fruit to make this juice all year long.

To make this mango-pineapple juice combine both the fruits(mango and pineapple ) with ginger in a blender and blend until smooth.

- To make a smooth juice, combine all the ingredients with a cup of orange juice or coconut water in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Strain the juice with a fine strainer.
- If you feel the juice is thick, you can add more water to it.
- Fill serving glasses halfway with the pineapple, orange and mango juice.
- Add a few ice cubes and serve chilled.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves, mango chunks, and pineapple wedge. Serve chilled, and enjoy.
