Tomato Rice Recipe:
Today Today I am sharing one of my favourite rice recipes – tomato rice. This spicy rice is particularly famous in South India but of course, it’s cooked and enjoyed everywhere. It is a one-pot rice dish. Tomato rice is a tasty flavorful and very easy-to-make rice dish, in which plain steamed rice is cooked with tomato, onion, and Indian spices. It tastes so good with pickle and a side of yoghurt! Tomato Rice is also known as Tomato Bhath in Southern states of India and Thakkali Sadam in Tamil.
