Mango Muskmelon Shake Recipe

Ingredients
This Recipe needs only 5 main ingredients – mango, muskmelon, milk, honey, and nuts.
Ingredients:
- Frozen Muskmelon: Fresh ripe frozen Muskmelon cubes.
- Frozen Mango: Frozen Mango Cubes are best to make the shake cold and thick. Dice the mango and freeze it the night before.
- Milk: I used regular milk, but you can also use dairy-free milk like Cashew milk, almond milk, oat milk, soy or coconut milk etc.
- Sweetener: Honey or sugar or sweetened condensed milk as per your choice
- Cashews and almonds: They are added to improve the texture and taste. You can even use soaked and peeled almonds.
For Serving (optional):
- Chopped Mango and Muskmelon.
- Honey, Almond, cashew and pistachio slivers.
Preparation:
- Wash and cut the muskmelon into half and discard the seeds, Then peel and chop the melon wedges into 1-inch cubes.
- Wash and peel the mango and dice it into small pieces.
- Now refrigerate the mango and melon for a few hours.
Method:
- Add 1 cup of the frozen melon cubes and 1 cup of frozen mango cubes to a blender along.
- Now add 1.5 cups of whole milk, 2 tablespoons of sugar or honey, and a few whole cashew nuts and almonds.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add the remaining chopped melon and mango dice into two serving glasses.
- Top the glasses with the mango-melon shake.
- Garnish with honey, almond, cashew, and pistachio slivers. Serve chilled.

Serving Suggestions:
- A dash of cardamom powder Vanilla extract or nutmeg powder can be used for a nice aroma.

Substitute:
