The recipe for healthy mango frozen yoghurt is super easy. This creamy homemade mango yoghourt requires only three ingredients to make, and no ice cream machine needed!!! Simply add the frozen mango, honey and hung curd into a food processor, blend until smooth and freeze! It contains only natural sugars that come from fruit and honey. It’s a great feast if you are trying to reduce things up and cut calories.
It takes only 5 minutes to make, and if you wish you could even eat it straight away without freezing. You can make it with any fruit you would like.

The ingredients you’ll need :
You’ll only need a few simple ingredients to make this creamy mango frozen yoghurt treat.
Fresh mango: You should use a very ripe mango in this recipe.
Yoghurt: Always use a whole-milk yoghurt for the best flavour and texture or you can also use Greek yoghurt. Otherwise, it will be too thin.
Sweetener: I like to use honey. You could possibly use a powdered sweetener instead.

How to make healthy mango frozen yoghurt
- Combine all the ingredients into a food processor (or blender). Process until creamy, scrape down the side of the bowl to make sure there are no lumps left.
- Eat right away for soft-serve or freeze in a container if you prefer an ice cream-like texture, Transfer it to an airtight freezable container and freeze for a minimum 6 hours but preferably overnight.
- serve chilled garnished with mint sprigs. (optional)

Notes
- Fresh fruit can be used in place of frozen, however, the fresh fruit must be frozen solid.
- garnish as per your taste and choice.
Tips:
- you can make it with any yoghurt you prefer, I used hung curds it is higher in protein but feel free to use regular or dairy-free.
- I do recommend plain yoghurt with no added flavour
- For dairy-free frozen yoghurt, the recipe uses a dairy-free yoghurt like coconut yoghurt.
- For vegan frozen yoghurt recipes, swap out the honey for agave.
- You can store it in the freezer for up to 1 month.
- you can garnish as per choice like chocolate syrup, chocolate chips etc.
