Pear and Pomegranate Smoothie Recipe

Main Ingredients: Pear, Pomegranate, Dahi, Yogurt and milk
Recipe Type: Beverages

Ingredient:

  • 1 cup Pear peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Pomegranate
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt/yoghurt/dahi, chilled
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • sugar to taste

Method:

  1. Combine all the ingredients (pear, pomegranate, milk, yoghurt and sugar)in a blender and blend, till the mixture is smooth and frothy.
  2. A Pear-Pomegranate smoothie is ready to serve.
  3. Pour the smoothie into the glasses.
  4. Serve immediately chilled.

Note:

  • Adjust the sugar content according to the tanginess of the pomegranate and pear.
