  • ½ cup fresh coriander chopped
  • ½ cup mint leaves chopped
  • 2 no green chillies chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice optional
  • 1 cup yoghurt whisked and sieved
  1. Separate out fresh and green coriander leaves a from the stalk and wash them thoroughly.
  2. Similarly, wash the mint leaves as well.
  3. Remove stalk from the chillies and wash them well.
  4. Place them on a sieve to remove excess water.
  1. Combine all the ingredients, except the curds and blend in a blender to a smooth paste using a little yoghurt or water.
  2. Put it in a bowl and add the yoghurt mix well.
  3. serve chilled.
