Broken wheat (dalia) Kheer Recipe(step by step recipe)

Method:

Heat ghee in a heavy and deep pan and add Dalia over medium flame. Sauté till fragrant.

Add water and milk to the roasted dalia and stir to mix.

Cook for another 5-8 minutes over medium heat.

Add saffron and mix well and cook for 2 minutes.

Add sugar and chopped dry fruits mix well.

Note:

*Adjust the thickness and sugar according to your taste by adding more milk.

  • Sugar or brown jaggery Gur to taste
  • 1/4 Cup Dry Fruits as per your choice optional
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • Pinch Saffron optional
