- Then keep them aside, add 1/4 cup of fried Bengal gram (Putani), and fry them together untill they turn golden in colour.
- Keep them aside and add the following ingredients:
- 1 tsp mustard Seeds
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
- 2-3 Dried Red chillies
- 2-3 green chilies
- Few curry leaves
- saute them all together for a few seconds until they turn crispy.
- Add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and Stir well.
- Add 3 cups of puffed rice and salt to taste, sev bhujia 1/4 cup and 1 tsp of sugar powder.
- Switch off the flame.
- Add the murmura and mix thoroughly so that the spices coat evenly.
- Let it cool completely before storing it in an airtight container. Enjoy with tea or as a crunchy snack!
