1/4cupRoasted Chana Dal
1tspMustard Seeds
1/4tspasafotida
2Green ChiliesChopped
10-12Curry Leaves
½tspTurmeric Powder

1/4cupsev bhujia

Instructions
In a pan, heat oil on medium flame.
Add 1 cup of Peanuts and roast over medium flame until they crackle.
Then keep them aside, add 1/4 cup of fried Bengal gram (Putani), and fry them together untill they turn golden in colour.
Keep them aside and add 1 tsp mustard Seeds,1/4 tsp Asafoetida, 2-3 Dried Red chillies, 2-3 green chillies and few curry leaves
saute them all together for a few seconds until they turn crispy.
Add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and Stir well.
Add 3 cups of puffed rice and salt to taste, sev bhujia 1/4 cup and 1 tsp of sugar powder.
Switch off the flame and mix them well, Our Murmura Chivda is ready to serve.
Notes
Adjust Spice Levels: Modify the number of green chillies and red chilli powder to suit your spice preference.
For Extra Crunch: Dry roast the murmura before mixing to enhance crispiness.
Oil-Free Option: Skip the oil and dry roast the ingredients for a healthier version.
