Ingredients:
For Kiwi and Banana Smoothie:
- 2 kiwi peeled and sliced
- 2 banana ripe bananas peeled and cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons Porridge oats
- mint for garnish
- Honey or sugar to taste

Materials
- 2 ripe bananas peeled and sliced
- 2 kiwifruit peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup yoghurt
- 1 cup milk
- few mint leaves
- 2 tablespoon oats
- 2 teaspoon honey or to taste
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients banana, kiwi, yoghurt, milk, oats, mint and honey in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Smoothie is ready to serve.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Suggestion Notes:
- you can add more yoghurt as needed, if the smoothie is too thick you can add more milk.
- You can also add spinach for a more healthy smoothie.
- If you are vegan, you can replace dairy with almond and coconut milk.
- I made this smoothie using honey. You can replace it with sugar syrup.
