- 2 ripe bananas peeled and sliced
- 2 kiwifruit peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup yoghurt
- 1 cup milk
- few mint leaves
- 2 tablespoon oats
- 2 teaspoon honey or to taste
Combine all the ingredients banana, kiwi, yoghurt, milk, oats, mint and honey in a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Smoothie is ready to serve.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
