Today, I am sharing the recipe for a delightful and nutritious Khajoor Shake, also known as Date Shake. Made with just a few simple ingredients, this shake is delicious and packed with nutrients.

Benefits of Date Shake:

  • Dates contain natural sugar but have a low/medium glycemic index score due to containing a good amount of fibre, which helps to slow the release of carbohydrates and gives you sustained energy.

Vanilla Ice cream:– to thicken the shake, Adjust it to your liking. For a sugar-free version, you can replace it with sugar-free ice cream or skip it.
Cinnamon Powder:- It gives a lovely flavour to this shake.

Materials

  • 500 ml milk chilled
  • 16-18, dates pitted and soaked
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamom powder
  • 2-4 scoop vanilla ice cream optional

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • Check for sweetness and add more sweetener if needed.
  • Pour into serving glasses and serve chilled.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon powder and garnish with sliced dates.
  • Serve chilled and Enjoy!!
