Ingredients

  • 500 ml milk chilled
  • 16-18, dates pitted and soaked
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamom powder
  • 2-4 scoop vanilla ice cream optional

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • Check for sweetness and add more sweetener if needed.
  • Pour into serving glasses and serve chilled.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon powder and garnish with sliced dates.
  • Serve chilled and Enjoy!!

Notes

You can replace cinnamon with ground cardamom, vanilla extract, or ground nutmeg.
Add a frozen banana or Greek yoghurt to make this shake creamy and luscious.
Add a scoop of protein powder and serve this shake as a pre or post-workout snack.
For chocolaty dates shake, Add 2-3 tablespoons of chocolate syrup in this shake.
