Dry Fruit Chikki Recipe Step by step with photo
Preparation:
Dry roast almonds, cashew nuts and pistachios on low flame for a minute and keep aside.

Once the jaggery is melted, add the chopped dry fruits to the pan. Mix well to coat the dry fruits evenly with the jaggery syrup. If desired, add a pinch of cardamom powder for extra flavour.
Transfer the mixture to a greased surface or parchment paper. With the help of a rolling pin, flatten the mixture to your desired thickness. You can also use greased hands to shape it into a square or rectangle.
Allow the chikki to cool and set for a few hours. Once it hardens, Remove the chikki from the surface With the help of a knife.
