1/2cupalmonds( Badam)chopped
1/4cup pistachio(pista)chopped
1/2cupcashew nuts(Kaju)chopped
1cupjaggerygrated
1/2teaspoonghee or unsalted butter
1pinchsalt(namak)
Instructions
Roughly chop the dry fruits or pulse them in a food processor. Keep them chunky for a satisfying crunch in every bite.
Dry Roast all the dry fruits over low flame for 4-5 mins.
Heat the Ghee In a pan, melt ghee over low heat. Add the grated jaggery and stir continuously until it melts and forms a syrupy consistency.
Once the jaggery is melted, add the chopped dry fruits to the pan. Mix well to coat the dry fruits evenly with the jaggery syrup. If desired, add a pinch of cardamom powder for extra flavor.
Transfer the mixture to a greased surface or parchment paper. With the help of a rolling pin, flatten the mixture to your desired thickness. You can also use greased hands to shape it into a square or rectangle.
Allow the chikki to cool and set for a few hours. Once it hardens, Remove the chikki from the surface With the help of a knife.

Notes
Don’t overheat sugar or jaggery for a long time, it will turn hard.
This recipe uses sugar to make chikki you can replace it with jaggery as well.
