Transfer 1 cup of plain yoghurt and the following spices to a jar.
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black salt
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- Pinch of asafetida
- Blend them well, Now add chilled 2 cups of water and blend it again.
- Check for salt and add more required. Set aside.
- Add chopped coriander and stir well.
- Refrigerate for a minimum of half an hour Garnish with cumin powder and serve chilled.
