Ingredients
1cupplain yoghurtdahi, curd
2cupschilled water
½teaspoonsaltor to taste
1/2tspblack salt
1teaspoonroasted cumin powder
1teaspoongrated ginger
½tspfinely chopped green chillies
Pinchof Asafetida
Handful of finely chopped coriander
Instructions
Blend the yoghurt with salt, black salt, cumin powder, ginger and green chilli.
Add chilled water and blend it again.
Check for salt and add more required. Set aside.
Add chopped coriander and stir well.
Refigerate for 30 minutes and Stirr well before serving.
Garnish with roasted cumin powder and serve chilled.
