- Papaya cubes: Always select ripe and fresh papaya for juice.
- Pineapple: Always choose a nice ripe and fresh pineapple to juice.
- Salt: We can add Rock salt and ground black pepper for that extra taste.
- Sugar (optional): You can replace sugar with honey or maple syrup. Sometimes no extra sweetener is required.
- Water: Water is added to adjust the consistency, and ice cubes make it nice, chilled, and apt for a hot sunny day. It is quick, easy, and super refreshing.

How to make Papaya Pineapple Juice?
Method:
- To make a smooth juice, combine all the ingredients with a cup of pineapple juice or coconut water in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. and Strain the juice with a fine strainer.
- Adjust the thickness by adding more water or juice, if you feel the juice is too thick.
- Add a few ice cubes and serve chilled.
- Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves, if desired. Serve chilled, and enjoy.

Suggestions:
- This juice can be served with snacks in the afternoon or with breakfast in the morning.
- Always choose ripe fruit, If you’re making this with fresh ingredients. Always choose ripe Papaya and pineapples, as underripe fruit will make the juice less sweet.
- If you are using frozen Papaya or pineapple, there is no need to add ice.
- I have added a little sugar while making the juice but you can avoid it if you are cutting down on the sugar or if the pineapple is super sweet.
- You can also add soaked chia seeds to the Papaya and pineapple juice.

Pineapple Lemonade – We can add some freshly squeezed lemon juice to make a refreshing lemonade.
Pineapple Ginger – You can also add some ginger with salt and pepper for a unique and distinct taste.
Orange Juice: Instead of water or coconut water, orange juice can be used.

- 2 cup papaya cubes
- 1 cup pineapple cubes
- 1 cup coconut water/Pineapple juice optional
- 1/4 teaspoon salt OR sugar to taste, optional
