🌿Ingredients for Dahi (Hung Curd)Sandwich

Bread – I have used White Milk Bread to make this Sandwich, but you can use any bread of your choice, such as Brown Bread, Whole Wheat Bread, Multigrain Bread Bread etc.

Vegetables – Fresh Carrots, Onions and Bell peppers are the vegetables added to this sandwich.

Spices – Red chilli flakes, oregano, black pepper powder and salt.

Butter – Butter is required to toast the sandwich. You can use ghee or olive oil too.

Hung Curd – You need thick curd for this sandwich so you can either use homemade hung curd or use store-bought Greek yoghurt.
