- 1 cup papaya,peeled, seeded, and chopped , fresh or frozen(as required)
- 250 ml Milk chilled milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 2 teaspoon Honey or suger (adjust to taste)
- 2 Ice cubes optional
- 2 scoop ice cream optional
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder/ vanilla extract (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until pureed.
Add ice cream or ice cube and blend again on high speed for 30 seconds.
Pour prepared papaya shake in a serving glass.
Garnish it and serve.
- Choose ripe papaya which has orange skin and a sweet aroma. Discard papaya seeds while chopping them.
