- 2 tablespoon rolled oats
- 1 cups milk chilled low-fat
- 1 cup apple cubes, chilled (unpeeled)
- 4 dates
- 1 frozen banana optional
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Wash and cut an apple into chunks and add to the blender with approx the 3rd of the milk.
Blend the apple into a puree.
Add banana, oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and the rest of the milk.
Blend again until blend till smooth and frothy.
Pour into individual a glass and serve immediately.
- You can adjust its thickness and sweetness according to your taste.
- Always serve it chilled.
- You can also add some ice cubes if required.
