Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon rolled oats
  • 1 cups milk chilled low-fat
  • 1 cup apple cubes, chilled (unpeeled)
  • 4 dates
  • 1 frozen banana optional
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Wash and cut an apple into chunks and add to the blender with approx the 3rd of the milk.
  • Blend the apple into a puree.
  • Add banana, oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and the rest of the milk.
  • Blend again until blend till smooth and frothy.
  • Pour into individual a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can adjust its thickness and sweetness according to your taste.
  • Always serve it chilled.
  • You can also add some ice cubes if required.
