Today I am going to share a post on How to Make Mango Lassi? Mango-lassi[आम की लस्सी ] is another tasty variation of normal Indian sweet lassi. It is one of the popular and healthy summer drinks, prepared from ripe mango and yoghurt. Let’s learn how to make this yummy summer drink.
Lassi, a creamy curd-based drink, blended with water and various fruits lassi is originated in Punjab, India. In Mango-lassi, we mix curd along with mango pulp. Traditional salty lassi[नमकीन लस्सी] and sweet lassi[मीठी लस्सी] is very popular in the Indian subcontinent, especially in summer.

Mango Lassi |Aam Ki Lassi Recipe[आम की लस्सी](step by step with photo)
Method:
Peel and cut the mango into halves, remove the stone and cut it into small pieces.
In a blender or mixer add the cubed mango pieces.
Add the yoghurt and milk.
Now add cardamom powder.
Add sugar.
Blend until smooth and creamy consistency and there are no mango chunks in it.
Pour into the serving glasses.
Garnish with chopped dry fruits.
Serve Chilled !!

- 1/2 cup milk chilled
- sugar to taste
