Chikoo or Sapota Chikoo fruit/ sapodilla Milkshake is a quick, easy-to-make, healthy yummy beverage which goes perfectly in summer or during normal times. chikoo is one of my kid’s favourite fruits and Chikko milkshake is one of my kid’s favourite milkshakes. Chikoo is rich in vitamin A vitamin C, minerals and dietary fibre and antioxidants. Sapota is high in sugar content loaded with sugars, and the chikoo milkshake is also rich in calories. So it is best to be avoided by people who have diabetics. If you are a person who follows a sedentary lifestyle, avoid consuming sapota.

Essential Ingredients Perfect Chikoo Milkshake Recipe
- Chikoo: washed, peeled, deseeded and chopped Chikoo.Always use ripe fruits because they have a soft, melt-in-your-mouth granular texture.
- Milk chilled: I am using Full-fat milk, but feel free to use dairy-free or plant-based milk like almond milk, oat milk or soy milk. Full-fat whole milk is recommended for a creamy texture. However, you can use low-fat or fat-free dairy.
- Sweetener: A small amount of any of the sweeteners of your choice like honey, maple syrup, date syrup etc.
