Potato Pomegranate Raita (Aloo anar Ka Raita

Today I am going to share a post on how to make Potato pomegranate raita recipe(aloo Anar ka raita). Aloo Anar ka Raita is a simple and easy-to-make Indian side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup thick Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder
  • 1-2 teaspoon chat masala
  • sugar powder to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Green Chilli chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Mint chopped
  • 1 cup Potatoes boiled, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup pomegranate arils

Instructions

  • Whisk the thick yoghurt with milk until smooth and creamy. Add more milk to adjust the consistency of yoghurt if required.
  • Add all the ingredients to make raita in the curd and mix well.
  • Mix them all well and garnish with pomegranate and chopped yoghurt.
  • Chill the raita for half an hour and serve.

Notes

You can also use black salt. Do adjust the spices as per your taste. 
You can serve this delicious yet unique raita in a buffet, pot luck and during summers to your loved ones.
