Ingredients
1 cupthick Yogurt
1/2cupmilk
1/2teaspoonRoasted Cumin Powder
1-2teaspoonchat masala
sugar powderto taste
Saltto taste
1teaspoonGreen Chillichopped
1teaspoonMintchopped
1cupPotatoesboiled, peeled and cubed
1 cuppomegranate arils
Instructions
Whisk the thick yoghurt with milk until smooth and creamy. Add more milk to adjust the consistency of yoghurt if required.
Add all the ingredients to make raita in the curd and mix well.
Mix them all well and garnish with pomegranate and chopped yoghurt.
Chill the raita for half an hour and serve.
Notes
You can also use black salt. Do adjust the spices as per your taste. You can serve this delicious yet unique raita in a buffet, pot luck and during summers to your loved ones.
