Pomegranate Banana Smoothie

This smoothie is a little sweet, a little tart and a lot healthy! Greek yogurt and banana makes it extra thick and creamy.

Ingredients

  • 2 banana fresh or frozen choppedin pieces
  • 1 cup yogurt plain
  • 3/4 cup pomegranate juice seeds can be included, if you choose
  • ½ cup pomegranate arils
  • sweeatner as per choice
  • 1 tsp pomegranate arils for garnish

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients(yoghurt, pomegranate arils, banana, sweatner and pomegrenate juice) into a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and fomey.
  • Garnish and serve immediately.
