Ingredients
1/2cupPeanuts
100gramfresh coriander leavescilantro
1-2green chiliesadjust to taste
4-5clovesof garlic
1tbsplemon Juice
1tspcumin
Salt to taste
Water as needed

Preparation
Roast the peanuts until they are golden brown. Allow them to cool.
Wash the coriander leaves, garlic, and green chillies.
Method:
Place all the ingredients, the roasted peanuts, coriander leaves, green chillies, garlic lemon juice(or tamarind paste) and salt into a blender jar.
Add water gradually and blend until you achieve a smooth consistency. Adjust the water quantity based on your desired thickness.
Taste the chutney and adjust the salt and spice levels according to your preference.
Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl.
Serve with dosa, idli, chapati, or your favourite snacks.
Notes
Stir the tempering(optional) into the chutney for an added burst of flavour. Enjoy!!
Optional Tempering (Tadka):
Heat a tablespoon of oil in a small pan. Add mustard seeds and urad dal. Allow them to splutter add curry leaves and pour this tempering over the chutney for extra flavour. Mix Well:
