Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mango chopped
  • 250 ml milk chilled
  • 2 teaspoon sugar to taste
  • 1 pinch cardamom optional
  • 1 cup Ice cubes or ice cream optional

Instructions

  • Peel and cut mangoes into slices.
  • Put sliced mangoes in a blender and add sugar and beat it finely.
  • Add milk and a cup of ice cubes to the blender.
  • Blend the ingredients until the mixture is smooth.
  • Pour into glasses garnish with saffron and serve chilled.
