Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed ice
  • 4 tablespoons simple sugar syrup
  • 8 tablespoons kiwi crush
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 750 ml chilled soda
  • Kiwi slices for garnish
  • Few fresh mint leaves optional

Instructions

  • In a blender, mix kiwi crush, lemon juice, and sugar syrup.
  • Blend for a few seconds to combine well.
  • Fill a glass with crushed ice and pour the blended mixture over it.
  • Top with chilled soda and stir gently.
  • Garnish with kiwi slices and mint leaves.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
