Serving glass Mason jar or tall glass
- 2 cup Milk Dairy or plant-based /Soya Milk/Almond milk
- 1 Ripe banana frozen, cut into chunks
- 4 Fresh figs Washed stems removed
- 1 tbsp Honey Optional or maple syrup
- 3-4 ce cubes For chilling
Add chopped fresh figs and banana to a blender.
Pour in the milk and add honey or maple syrup if desired.
Add ice cubes.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Now Fresh fig banana smoothie is ready to serve.
Pour into a serving glass and enjoy chilled.
