Ingredients

  • 2 cup Milk Dairy or plant-based /Soya Milk/Almond milk
  • 1 Ripe banana frozen, cut into chunks
  • 4 Fresh figs Washed stems removed
  • 1 tbsp Honey Optional or maple syrup
  • 3-4 ce cubes For chilling

Instructions

  • Add chopped fresh figs and banana to a blender.
  • Pour in the milk and add honey or maple syrup if desired.
  • Add ice cubes.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Now Fresh fig banana smoothie is ready to serve.
  • Pour into a serving glass and enjoy chilled.

Notes

  • You can substitute dried figs if fresh ones aren’t available—just soak them first.
  • Make it vegan by using almond, oat, or soy milk.
