1/4cupRefined FlourMaida

1tspChilli Flakes

Instructions
Prepare the Batter:
In a bowl, combine chickpea flour, refined flour, salt to taste, baking powder, red chili flakes and mix them well.
Gradually add water while whisking to form a smooth, pourable batter.
Mix in chopped onions and coriander leaves.
Cook the Omelette:
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp of oil or butter.
Pour a ladle of batter into the pan and spread evenly.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown. Flip carefully and cook for another 2 minutes.
