- 3 cup Milk dairy or plant-based
- 1/2 cup Almonds soaked for 30 minutes
- 1/2 cup Walnuts soaked for 30 minutes
- 1/2 cup Pista soaked for 30 minutes
- 1/2 cup Cashew nuts soaked for 30 minutes
- 6-8 Pitted Dates pitted, soaked in warm milk
- pinch Saffron soaked in warm milk
- Ice cubes optional
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
Soak almonds, cashewnuts, pista and walnuts in water for 30 minutes or overnight to soften them.
Soake Dates and saffron in seprate bowl in milk for minum 30 minutes.
Drain the soaked dry fruits and place all the ingridents in a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy, ensuring all ingredients are well incorporated.
Add milk and cardamom powderand blend well.
If desired, add ice cubes and blend again for a chilled milkshake.
Pour the milkshake into glasses and serve immediately.
Garnish with chopped nuts.
