Ingredients

  • 3 cup Milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1/2 cup Almonds soaked for 30 minutes
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts soaked for 30 minutes
  • 1/2 cup Pista soaked for 30 minutes
  • 1/2 cup Cashew nuts soaked for 30 minutes
  • 6-8 Pitted Dates pitted, soaked in warm milk
  • pinch Saffron soaked in warm milk
  • Ice cubes optional
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder

Instructions

  • Soak almonds, cashewnuts, pista and walnuts in water for 30 minutes or overnight to soften them.
  • Soake Dates and saffron in seprate bowl in milk for minum 30 minutes.
  • Drain the soaked dry fruits and place all the ingridents in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, ensuring all ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Add milk and cardamom powderand blend well.
  • If desired, add ice cubes and blend again for a chilled milkshake.
  • Pour the milkshake into glasses and serve immediately.
  • Garnish with chopped nuts.

  • It is a great healthy drink to serve on hot summer days.
    It can be served for vrat days (Hindu Fasting) like Navratri, Shivratri, or Ekadashi.
