Ingredients
1tbspghee or oil
1tspcumin seeds
1/4tspAsafoetida
2Dry red chillies
2-3garlic clovesminced
2green chiliesslit (optional)
1inchpiece of gingergrated
1medium onionfinely chopped
2medium tomatoesfinely chopped
1/2tspturmeric powder
1/2tspcoriander powder
1/2tspRed chili powder
1bunchfresh fenugreek leavesmethi, chopped

Instructions
Heat ghee/oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida powder, garlic and let them sizzle.
Add dried red chillies, and chopped onions, and saute until translucent.
