Ingredients

  • 1 large Beetroot Peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Pineapple Fresh, chopped
  • 1- inch piece Ginger Peeled and grated
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup Water Adjust as needed
  • 1 tsp Honey or Maple Syrup optional For extra sweetness
  • Ice Cubes As needed For serving

Instructions

Blender Method:

  • Peel and chop the beetroot and pineapple into small pieces.
  • Grate the ginger and extract fresh lemon juice.
  • Add chopped beetroot, pineapple, and ginger to a blender.
  • Pour in 1 cup of water and blend until smooth.
  • For a smoother texture, strain the juice using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
  • Stir in lemon juice and honey/maple syrup (if using).
  • Pour into glasses over ice cubes and serve fresh!

Juicer Method:

  • Wash thoroughly all the ingredients. Peel the pineapple and the lemon. Then chop all of them into 4-8 pieces, depending on their size (small enough to fit your juicer chute).
  • Then, feed the chopped pineapple, ginger and beet pieces through the juicer chute and let the machine do all the work.

  • Stir well and serve chilled.
