Instructions
Blender Method:
Peel and chop the beetroot and pineapple into small pieces.
Grate the ginger and extract fresh lemon juice.
Add chopped beetroot, pineapple, and ginger to a blender.
Pour in 1 cup of water and blend until smooth.
For a smoother texture, strain the juice using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
Stir in lemon juice and honey/maple syrup (if using).
Pour into glasses over ice cubes and serve fresh!

Wash thoroughly all the ingredients. Peel the pineapple and the lemon. Then chop all of them into 4-8 pieces, depending on their size (small enough to fit your juicer chute).
