Blender or Juicer – To blend the ingredients smoothly

- 1 medium beetroot – Peeled and chopped
- 2 medium carrots – Peeled and chopped
- 1/2 inch ginger – Optional for added flavor and digestion benefits
- 1/2 lemon – Adds a refreshing tang and vitamin C
- 1 cup water – Adjust as needed for consistency
Without Juicer:
Wash and peel the beetroot, carrots, and ginger.
Cut them into small pieces for easy blending.
Add the chopped ingredients to a blender along with water.
Blend until smooth. Adjust water as needed.
Strain the juice using a fine sieve or cheesecloth (optional).
Squeeze in fresh lemon juice and stir well.
Serve immediately for maximum freshness and nutrition.
With Juicer:
Process the chopped beetroot, carrot, and ginger through a juicer and collect the juice.
Squeeze lemon juice in it stirs well. Carrot banana juice is ready to serve.
Pour into the glass and serve.
- Adjust sweetness by adding a small apple or honey (if not strictly vegan).
- Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
- For a chilled version, add ice cubes or refrigerate before serving.
