Ingredients
1.5tablespoonGhee
¼cupBajra Flour
4cupsWater
½teaspoonDry Ginger Powder
¼cupJaggeryGrated/powdered
½teaspoonAjwain / Carom Seeds
1/2teaspooncardamom powder
Almond slivers for garnishoptional
Instructions
Heat ghee in a pan.
When ghee is hot, add carom seeds and Pearl Millet flour and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Now saute powder in it and cook for 2 minutes.
Add water while stirring continously to avoid lump formation, and cook for 5 minutes.
Add cardamom powder and jaggery to the raab and cook for another 5-8 minutes over medium flame till Raab is thickened.
Garnish it and serve hot.
