Equipment

  • 1 Measuring cup To measure liquids
  • 1 Peeler For peeling carrots
  • 1 Knife For chopping fruits
  • blender High-speed preferred

Ingredients

  • 1 medium Apple chopped
  • 1 Banan Ripe peeled and sliced, frozen
  • 1 medium Carrot Peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups Milk dairy or any plant-based milk
  • 1 tsp Jaggery Optional or maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon Powder optional
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds soaked in water, optional
  • 1 cup Ice cubes Optional

Instructions

  • Wash, peel, and chop the apple, banana, and carrot.
  • Add all chopped ingredients into a blender.
  • Add cinnamon powder, sweetener of your choice, and 1/2 cup of milk to help blend.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add 1.5 cups of milk and blend it.
  • Serve chilled, optionally with ice cubes and soaked chia seeds or toping of your choice.

Notes

  • Use frozen banana for a thicker smoothie.
  • Add chia or flax seeds for an extra fiber boost.
  • Store leftovers in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
