Ingredients
1medium Apple chopped
1Banan Ripepeeled and sliced, frozen
1medium Carrot Peeled and chopped
2cupsMilk dairy or any plant-based milk
1tspJaggery Optionalor maple syrup
1/4tspcinnamon Powderoptional
2tbspchia seedssoaked in water, optional
1cupIce cubes Optional
Instructions
Wash, peel, and chop the apple, banana, and carrot.
Add all chopped ingredients into a blender.
Add cinnamon powder, sweetener of your choice, and 1/2 cup of milk to help blend.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add 1.5 cups of milk and blend it.
Serve chilled, optionally with ice cubes and soaked chia seeds or toping of your choice.
Notes
Use frozen banana for a thicker smoothie.
Add chia or flax seeds for an extra fiber boost.
Store leftovers in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
