Ingredients

  • 1 Apple medium size, chopped
  • 1 Beetroot medium size, chopped
  • 2 Carrots medium size, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice optional for added tanginess
  • 1- inch piece of Ginger optional for added spice, chopped
  • 1 tsp black salt optional
  • Sugar to taste
  • Water as needed

Instructions

  • Peel beetroot, ginger and carrot. Chop them roughly along with an apple.
  • Place chopped items along with ginger, sugar and water in a mixer.
  • Blend with water and Again add more water as required and blend it.
  • Strain through juice strainer.
  • Add lemon, add black salt, mix and enjoy.
  • A B C Detox Juice is ready to serve, Sprinkle black pepper and serve it.
