Ingredients
1Applemedium size, chopped
1Beetrootmedium size, chopped
2Carrotsmedium size, chopped
2tbspLemon juice optionalfor added tanginess
1-inchpiece of Ginger optionalfor added spice, chopped
1tspblack saltoptional
Sugar to taste
Water as needed
Instructions
Peel beetroot, ginger and carrot. Chop them roughly along with an apple.
Place chopped items along with ginger, sugar and water in a mixer.
Blend with water and Again add more water as required and blend it.
Strain through juice strainer.
Add lemon, add black salt, mix and enjoy.
