  • 2 cups frozen or fresh mango
  • 2 Tablespoons honey or agave nectar
  • 1/2 cup plain hung curd/ greek yogurt non-fat or full fat
  • mint sprigs optional

Instructions

How to make healthy mango frozen yoghurt

  • Combine all the ingredients into a food processor (or blender). Process until creamy, scrape down the side of the bowl to make sure there are no lumps left.
  • Eat right away for soft-serve or freeze in a container if you prefer an ice cream-like texture, Transfer it to an airtight freezable container and freeze for a minimum 6 hours but preferably overnight.
  • serve chilled garnished with mint sprigs. (optional)
