Mango Mastani Recipe | How to make Pune's famous mango mastani drink

Ingredients
1.5cupsMango cubbed
1cupMilkchilled
1/2cupFresh cream
2teaspoonSugar
8tablespoonsMangoChopped
4Scoop Ice cream
2teaspoonPistachio slivers
2teaspoonAlmonds slivers
2teaspoonToothy-fruity
2teaspoonRainbow balls
Instructions
Add chopped mangoes, fresh cream, chilled milk, and sugar into a blender and blend well until smooth.
Take a tall glass,put 2 tablespoons chopped mango cubes, 1/4 cup of mango shake, 1 scoop vanilla ice cream, again put 2 tablespoons chopped mangoes
Then pour 1/4 cup of more mango shake, put 1 scoop of vanilla icecream over it.
Finally top it with 1 teaspoon pistachio slivers, 1 teaspoon almond slivers, tooty fruity and rainbow balls.
Repeat step 2 to 4 to make more glasses.
Serve the mango mastani immidetaly.

Serving Suggestions:
Serve the mango mastani as it is immediately after assembling. You can also serve it as a chilled dessert after meals.
Variations:
Mastani Drink Variations: by substituting mango with any of these fruits you can you can make a mastani drink.
Custard apple: You can make custard apple mastani.
Pineapple: You can make pineapple mastani.
Strawberry: You can make strawberries mastani.
Ice cream: Though I have Prepared it with vanilla ice cream, you can also use mango ice cream, pistachio ice cream, butterscotch flavour, or even whipped cream as per your taste.
Topping: You can also use Chopped mangoes or thinly sliced other fruits like apples, grapes etc.
Colour: The colour of Mastani depends on the variety of mango.
Flavours: You can add saffron, green cardamom, and Kewra water or rose essence to make it more flavorful and delicious.
Storage:
You can definitely store it in a glass jar in the refrigerator. But I would suggest making fresh batches every time. It hardly takes 5 minutes to prepare Mango Mastani and like any other milkshake, it tastes best when served fresh!
