Ingredients

Fresh yoghurt/ curd /dahi

cup
Ripe banana Kela
1/2

Roasted cumin powder
1/4
teaspoon
Black Salt
Red chilli Powder to taste

Sugar or sugar powder
Salt /Rock Salt to taste
Instructions
In a bowl, beat the curd to a smooth consistency.
Add 1 cup of chopped or mashed Ripe Banana and roasted cumin powder to the curd.
Add red chilli powder, salt, sugar and black salt into the beaten curd and mix well.
Garnish with sliced banana, cumin powder and red chilli powder.
Refrigerate it for 10 minutes and serve chilled.
Banana raita is ready to be served chilled.
