Ingredients
1 bananafresh or frozen
1/4cupblack coffee chilledespresso or instant coffee
2tablespoonsweetener maple syru or any
2tablespoon Chia seedssocked or raw as per choice
3/4cupmilkyou can use plant-based milk, almond milk is best
optional but recommended:
1teaspoonpeanut butter or almond butter
2teaspooncocoa powder
Instructions
Prepration:
Soak the chia seeds in a ½ cup of water for 15-20 minutes.
Make coffee as you usually would, then chill it in the fridge for a few hours until cold. You can also make a cold brew and use it here!
Method:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend it all up until smooth and creamy.
