Ingredients
1.5cupfresh curd
1cupMango puree
1cupMango Cubed
1teaspoonsugar
Salt to taste
1/4teaspoonRoasted cumin powder
5-6Mint leaves Chopped
black saltto taste
Instructions
Mix the mango pulp and thick yoghurt altogether, Whisk them well till the yoghurt is smooth and creamy.
Add roasted cumin powder, salt, black salt and sugar.
Add chopped fresh mangoes cubes into the curds/yoghurt and mix.
Mango Raita is ready to serve.
Garnish it with mint leaves and serve.
Chill the raita before serving.
Notes
You add water also to adjust the thickness of raita (optional step)
Adjust the amount of water to desired consistency. You may want to use more or less water depending on how thick your yoghurt is.
