Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup non-dairy Milk or Apple Juice or Coconut Water
  • 1 cup apple, fresh or frozen Apples chopped
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate Arils or 1/3 cup Pomegranate Juice
  • 2 teaspoon Sugar or honey to taste (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes optional

Instructions

Preparation

  • Wash and Peel the apple and dice into pieces.

Method:

  • Place all the ingredients( apple, milk, sugar, ice cream and pomegranate) into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Apple-Pomegranate Smoothie is ready to serve.
  • Pour into the glass and serve immediately.

Notes

  • This smoothie is the best to serve as a refreshing morning drink.
  • If needed, stop the blender and stir the mixture away from the sides and near the blade.
  • We can add one fresh or frozen banana to make it thick and creamy.
