- 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 cup non-dairy Milk or Apple Juice or Coconut Water
- 1 cup apple, fresh or frozen Apples chopped
- 1/2 cup pomegranate Arils or 1/3 cup Pomegranate Juice
- 2 teaspoon Sugar or honey to taste (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes optional
Method:
Place all the ingredients( apple, milk, sugar, ice cream and pomegranate) into a blender and blend until smooth.
Apple-Pomegranate Smoothie is ready to serve.
Pour into the glass and serve immediately.
- This smoothie is the best to serve as a refreshing morning drink.
- If needed, stop the blender and stir the mixture away from the sides and near the blade.
- We can add one fresh or frozen banana to make it thick and creamy.
